Don't miss the chance to join Slow Food for a visit to one of Colorado's best artisan cheese makers, Windsor Dairy, located in a beautiful setting just south of Fort Collins.  We will meet our hosts, farm owners Meg Cattell and Arden Nelson, at the farm.  Our morning will be spent exploring, meeting their happy herds and learning about their farming and production practices.  Following the tour, we will gather in the barn for a farm lunch prepared by Chef Carrie Balkcom featuring Windsor Dairy cheeses, grass fed meats and other Colorado food.

This is the first event of our 2010 Farm Visit Series - to learn more, please see Slow Food Denver Farm Visit Series
